Employees Attendance is Fingerprint Recognition and Contactless Smartcard based software for Registration & Verification of employees, visitors, members etc. It can be used by offices & organizations to verify people at entrance desk to establish their secure identity.

System developed for today's most demanding application and was thoroughly tested to ensure to enterprise-level reliability and stability.

Nextcom Attendance System allows you to produce reports varying dates without any manual calculation. What you used to do with conventional Time Clock in weeks is now done with such software in minutes with more accuracy.

Employees Attendance Systems Desktop consist of a robust USB Optical Fingerprint scanner or  Contactless Smartcard reader connected to your standard office computer Time attendance software loaded on the same or other computer on the LAN.

Maximizing software intelligence with leading technology, Nextcom Attendance System can monitor activities such as employees' arrival early or late and depart early or late, absent, total worked hour's daily, and employees' whereabouts.

Unique employees' whereabouts feature (when employees leave the office during working hours, the whereabouts selection windows open then employees simply select option (lunch, sick, client visit, personal, etc) using finger by using touch screen or mouse.

  • Unique employees whereabouts feature: The employee can select whereabouts option from the screen by finger (using touch screen) or mouse click.
  • Client Visit : One of the whereabouts options, client database easy to search, single or multi client selection.
  • Security module available to integrated with the system for open/close door lock and the time for lock and feature can be enable/disable via admin tool.
